About the Role:Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Floor Scrubber NB, where you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine floors for our valued clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are excited to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various floor surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Inspect and report any damages or maintenance needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $10.00 per hour
