Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 Commission/year

Floor Manager Responsibilities
- Provide in-store training, mentorship, and real-time coaching to improve sales effectiveness
- Maintain active CRM engagement, including a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day
- Develop and implement performance action plans for underperforming sales consultants
- Lead and work alongside the sales team daily to drive performance and maintain high closing ratios
- Oversee and ensure strict compliance with all F&I policies, dealership procedures, and state and federal regulations
- Manage daily CIT (Contracts in Transit) and cash reconciliation processes
- Structure deals and support negotiations to maximize profitability while protecting customer satisfaction
- Partner with the Finance Department to ensure accurate documentation and smooth deal flow
- Support company initiatives, operational improvements, and additional assigned projects

QualificationsFloor Manager
Qualifications
- Proven success in a sales management or leadership role
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive F&I experience
- Strong understanding of compliance, CIT management, and dealership financial processes
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Professional presence consistent with a luxury brand environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
