We’re looking for a Floor Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with energy and accountability, and knows how to inspire a team to deliver standout service. What You’ll Do
As Floor Manager, you are the heartbeat of the dining room. You’ll lead the Front of House team, drive service standards, and keep things running smoothly—no matter how busy it gets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead from the floor with a positive, high-energy presence—set the tone for every shift
• Coach and support servers, hosts, and bartenders to deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service
• Ensure every guest has a great experience by actively managing the floor and checking in with tables
• Jump in and support wherever needed—hands-on leadership is key
• Monitor service times, guest flow, and table turns to keep things moving efficiently
• Partner with the bar team to execute beverage service and uphold Chili’s standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly, turning problems into great service recovery moments
• Assist with scheduling, labour management, and shift planning
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and liquor service regulations
• Drive a fun, respectful, and team-focused environment where everyone feels supported and accountable
What You Bring
• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Server in a high-volume restaurant
• ProServe certification (required)
• Strong understanding of casual dining service standards and team operations
• Confident leadership style, you lead by example and stay cool under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Currently based in the Bow Valley or willing to relocate
• Ability to continuously work on your feet in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs at times.
