We’re looking for a Floor Managerto join our passionate Food & Beverage team. You’ll be the driving force behind seamless daily operations, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience and our team thrives in a supportive, inspiring environment.

About You…

• Experienced in managing floor operations within a luxury or high-end restaurant.
• Confident using rota management systems (ideally Fourth) and overseeing schedules and timesheets.
• Knowledgeable in health, safety, and compliance standards.
• A strong communicator and natural motivator.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and supporting your team to do the same.

About the Role…

As Floor Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout every shift.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
• Manage staff rotas, hours, and payroll accuracy.
• Support onboarding, training, and uniform management.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate maintenance issues, linen orders, and stock control.
• Lead by example, setting the tone for excellence and teamwork.
