Location Lawrenceville, GA
Date: Wednesday (One-Day Project)
Pay: $20/hour

We are looking for an experienced Floor Tech to assist with cleaning and restoring a large warehouse concrete floor. The space is an open warehouse with visible tire marks, stains, and general buildup that will require professional equipment and experience to properly clean.

Responsibilities:
- Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, or burnishers
- Deep clean large concrete surfaces
- Remove tire marks, dirt, and oil stains
- Use proper chemicals and techniques for warehouse flooring
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work efficiently in a large open space

Requirements:
- MUST have prior floor tech experience (commercial/warehouse preferred)
- Experience with auto scrubbers, buffers, or similar equipment
- Ability to handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Own transportation required

Preferred:
- Experience with concrete floor restoration or degreasing
- Familiar with industrial cleaning chemicals

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
