Looking for a stable overnight position with full-time hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement?

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Hudson, WI. In this role, you'll maintain hard floor surfaces, clean carpets, operate specialized floor care equipment, and help keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers each day.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Hudson, WI

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

• 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM
• Approximately 38.75 Hours Per Week
• Consistent 5-Day Schedule
• Tuesdays & Thursdays Off
• Overnight Shift
• Full-Time Position

What You'll Do

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other cleaning equipment
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform restroom and general cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
