Looking for a stable full-time position with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth?

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Winona, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a large retail facility by operating floor care equipment, maintaining hard floor surfaces, cleaning carpets, and performing general cleaning duties.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Winona, MN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

• 5:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• Approximately 38.5 Hours Per Week
• Consistent Year-Round Schedule
• Weekend Availability Required
• Must Be Available to Work a Consistent 7-Day Schedule

What You'll Do

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
