Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Woodbury, MN. This position offers a unique 4-day work week, three scheduled days off every week, and consistent overnight hours.

You'll be responsible for maintaining hard floors, cleaning carpets, operating floor care equipment, and helping keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Woodbury, MN

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

• 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• 32 Hours Per Week
• 4-Day Work Week
• Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Off
• Consistent Overnight Schedule
• Great Work-Life Balance
• Weekend Availability Required

What You'll Do

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, floor care, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
