Looking for a stable full-time position with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow?

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Onalaska, WI. In this role, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a large retail facility by operating floor care equipment, maintaining hard floor surfaces, and performing carpet care and general cleaning duties.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Onalaska, WI

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

• Early Morning Shift
• 5:00 AM - 10:15 AM
• Approximately 37 Hours Per Week
• Consistent Full-Time Schedule
• Weekend Availability Required
• Must Be Available to Work a Consistent 7-Day Schedule

What You'll Do

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and routine cleaning
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform restroom and general cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or floor care experience is a plus, but not required
