Job Description

The primary purpose of your position is to ensure floor care for the facilities is maintained at the highest level. This position will perform all assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. May be directed by your supervisor to perform duties to assure a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Essential Functions of your Job:

• Assigned to maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces throughout the building.
• Clean upholstered furniture with proper equipment and chemicals as requested.
• Report any issues or malfunctions of equipment so resolution may occur.
• Document chemical use.
• Use of a carpet Extractor and floor scrubber.
• Assists in housekeeping and maintenance.
• Removes trash from facility as requested.
