About Servicon

Mission-critical cleaning and maintenance for high-trust industries.

Healthy Spaces. Thriving People.

We clean for more than appearances. We clean with purpose.

Servicon was founded on a belief that still guides us today: when people feel cared for, everything around them works better. It starts with the workplace. It reaches into communities. Over time, it transforms entire industries.

As a woman-owned company, we operate in places where the stakes are high and the standards even higher. You’ll find us in hospitals, aerospace facilities, biotech labs, and public infrastructure. These are not just spaces. They are environments that depend on safety, care, and performance working together.

The difference isn’t in a process or a checklist. It’s in the people. We build teams that take pride in what they do and understand why it matters. We invest in training and mentorship. We create opportunities for growth, leadership, and belonging. Clean, healthy spaces begin with those who make them that way.

Our work is complex. It’s technical. It’s essential. But at its heart, it has always been about people. That’s what makes it different. That’s what makes it Servicon.
