The Floor Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment for members and guests. This role supports daily operations by ensuring facility standards are upheld and member needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness floor and surrounding areas
• Fold and restock towels as needed
• Ensure equipment and common areas are cleaned and properly arranged
• Monitor the fitness floor for safety and report any issues
• Address member concerns and report complaints or feedback to management
• Assist with general upkeep and support of fitness operations

Schedule Requirements:

• Evening shift availability required (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Weekend availability preferred (flexible scheduling based on department needs)

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or customer service preferred

Reporting Structure:

• Reports directly to Fitness Department Management

This position plays a key role in delivering a high-quality member experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere within the fitness facility.
