This is your role. What part will you play?

• You'll be responsible to organize and manufacture of the product as per the production plan within the framework of policies and guidelines of Siemens Energy India Ltd with the objective of utilization of available resources.

• You'll Assemble the assemblies and sub-assemblies of Instrument Transformers (CT & CVT) IN ORDER TO execute manufacturing as per production plan.

• You'll ensure the assemblies are made as per the assembly work instruction IN ORDER TO ensure that defined quality norms are met.

• You'll ensure the tools and resources are used in efficient manner IN ORDER TO ensure that defined norms are met.

• You'll ensure the abnormalities/flaws are taken care during short time or communicated to concerned team member IN ORDER TO ensure that production plans are met in time.

• You'll read the engineering drawings IN ORDER TO ensure that production plans are met in time and with product conformity.

• You'll work ensuring adherence to safety and EHS norms on shop floor IN ORDER TO reduce accidents to ensure environmental protection on shop floor.

• You’ll act as a support for Audits & Quality Improvements

• You’ll work in shifts as per production plan and support smooth production operations in shift.

• You are a Diploma Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

• You've 1 years’ experience in as Apprentice in Assembly area on shop-floor.

• You’ve basic quality awareness and measurement skills

• You’ve ability to read and interpret the engineering drawings.

• You’ve ability to perform the work independently and also good team member.

• You’ve good understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification and safe work practices.

• You’ve good communication skills with excellent team work spirit.

• You’re ready to work in all shifts on rotation basis.
