Position: Floating Leasing Professional
Location: Columbus Apartment District Office - Columbus, OH

Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturdays may be required

Pay Rate: up to $25 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions, incentives and bonus potential

What You'll Do:

• Show and lease apartments, assisting prospects through the application and move-in process.
• Conduct tours, qualify applicants, and highlight community features and amenities.
• Track leasing activity and follow-ups using Yardi and other systems.
• Support renewals, marketing efforts, and maintain model units and property appearance.
• Travel between communities to provide leasing support as needed.

Who You Are:

• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or direct customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Yardi experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Willingness to travel between communities as needed
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience with property tours, lease processes, and application management preferred
• Ability to conduct market surveys and stay informed on local competition
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing and engagement
