Roles & Responsibilities:
The Floating Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front and back of house operations, leading the front and back of house team and guiding them to deliver quality food!

Communication of all scheduling, ordering, hiring and training

Must possess excellent multi-tasking prowess and have a fine attention to detail with cleanliness, food dating/labeling, portioning, food time/temperatures, and organization of both food & dry stock

Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively on a daily basis with front and back of house staff as well as upper management

Must be willing to work weekends and evenings

Delegation, communication, and leadership are key to ensure each shift runs smoothly

Is in tune with Condado standards in daily & weekly labor

Build and curate a culture based on accountability and empathy

Minimum Qualifications

Passion for the industry including the highest standards for service and guest interaction.

Minimum 1-2 years of previous restaurant manager experience required

Manager ServSafe Certification preferred

Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer

Be willing to work nights & weekends

Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health

Familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing and inventory systems (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.

Team members are frequently required to sit; stoop; bend; shake, stir, pour, and reach with hands and arms.

• Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.

• Team members will continuously lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 25-50 lbs., and rarely lift over 50lbs.

We specialize in build-your-own tacos, served alongside unique queso, guacamole and margaritas creations. We pride ourselves on fresh, high-quality ingredients, as well as salsas, toppings, proteins and tortilla chips that are all made from scratch daily. Our aim is to offer enough yum for everyone!
