About the Role:As a Floater Teacher at The Learning Experience #246 in Forney, TX, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. Join our dedicated team and inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while enhancing their educational journey!

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities and assist lead teachers with lesson implementation.
• Engage children in educational play and foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the facility.
• Provide individualized attention to children as needed, adapting to their unique learning styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative lesson plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different classroom environments.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
