The Float Residential Services Technician (RST) and Float Residential Crisis Worker (RCW) is a technical position that provides direct services in support of the lives of people living in the program. These positions contribute to the accomplishment of the Agency mission through the provision of direct service contributing to the co-occurring treatment of the program. All positions within this classification administer the medication administration within the program.
This position performs the essential functions of an RST and RCW at a program location determined by the supervisor based on program needs. Generally, these positions will obtain their work location on a bi-weekly basis (supervisor reserves option to change location based on program need).
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Senior Program Director in conjunction with on-site Program Directors.
Schedule This is a full-time / 40-hour per week position; schedule and location may vary depending on program needs.
Location Onsite. Varies across 6 programs within Portland and South Portland.
