
Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote care with in-person clinic coverage as needed across multiple sites. You will practice within a structured FQHC/community health model focused on access, quality, and culturally competent, patient-centered outpatient care — without nights, weekends, call, or panel management responsibilities.
Highly competitive base salary range: $155,000 – $187,000

No call and no weekend requirements

Strong clinical and administrative support within a collaborative team model
Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient clinic strongly preferred
Comfort managing approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including designated administrative time
Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours
Proficiency in EMR workflows, including in-basket management (patient messages, lab review, refills)
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
Adaptability to work across multiple clinic locations and telemedicine platforms
Commitment to serving a diverse, multilingual patient population
Bilingual skills (Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, Spanish, or other languages) highly valued
Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
1–2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
Comfort delivering both in-person and virtual care
Strong communication, efficiency, and team-based care skills
