Fort Collins, CO – Float Physical Therapist

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy / Multi-Clinic Float

Schedule: Part-Time or PRN

Coverage Area: Northern Colorado & Denver Metro

Position Overview:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide vacation, sick, and maternity/paternity leave coverage across multiple outpatient clinics. This is a flexible position ideal for a PT who enjoys variety and working with different clinic teams and patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide PT coverage across clinic locations as needed
• Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and long-term conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with PTAs and Clinical Directors
• Adapt to different clinic settings and patient populations
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and compliance

Requirements:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapy license
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Ability and flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40–$50/hour based on experience
• Flexible Part-Time or PRN schedule
