Float Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Jacksonville, Florida

We're hiring a Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) who enjoys variety, teamwork, and building relationships across multiple outpatient primary care clinics.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on caring for adult patients while supporting three established Jacksonville locations. You'll provide coverage for provider vacations, sick leave, growing patient demand, and temporary staffing needs while working alongside experienced physicians and clinical teams to maintain continuity of care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$160,000
• Health insurance with approximately 80% employer-paid coverage
