Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.
Union: This role is represented by SEIU, Local 105 and is governed by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
Travel Information: Float HCAs will travel to sites across Colorado and New Mexico. ~80% of the shift coverage needed tends to be along the Front Range (Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins), though, and within the Denver Metro area.
Our Ideal Candidate:
High-school diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent internal and external customer service, typing, communication and organizational skills. Must have willingness and ability to travel, including reliable transportation, liability insurance and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to function effectively in an ever-changing environment and have ability to multitask and prioritize work. Must be highly dependable and have strong integrity and ethics. Health center experience desirable and Spanish speaking preferred.
What You'll Do:
Salary Range: Salary Range: $24.58/hour - $28.21/hour (includes $2/hour travel differential)
Additional Pay: +$2.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)
Schedule: Full-time ~37.5 hours/week; Non-exempt; Benefit Eligible

Flu Protocol: All employees working directly with patients, the community or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient/community contact or while in the health center from November 1 – April 30 each year (Flu Season).
