Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Float BCBA (Multi-Site Coverage) to provide clinical support across our service locations throughout Kentucky. This unique role is designed to ensure continuity of high-quality ABA services by covering temporary staffing needs, including maternity leaves, PTO, vacations, open positions, and caseload fluctuations.
The Float BCBA will travel from their home to assigned locations within the designated service area and serve as the supervising clinician for clients and behavior technicians during coverage assignments. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys variety, collaborating with multiple teams, and supporting clinical excellence across diverse settings.

- Provide high-quality case oversight to achieve extraordinary outcomes for all patients.
- Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor BT/RBTs on your temporary caseload.
- Collaborate with families through consistent caregiver training and guidance.
- Partner with Clinical Managers and fellow BCBAs to continuously improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst, as applicable.
- Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder.
- Passion for behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA.
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
- Reliable transportation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Process driven and detail-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize appropriately to deliver timely results and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to empathize and communicate with guardians professionally, with confidence, in parent communication and training to achieve goals.
- Communication skills, both oral and written, that are clear, concise, exhibit leadership, professionalism, empathy, and inspire confidence.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient and staff needs.
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Highly motivated and energetic.
- Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ABA data collection software is preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete and pass Background and Reference Checks and Drug Screen.
