Job Description

Penanganan Gangguan Awal (First Response)

  • Datang ke lokasi ATM saat ada laporan gangguan
  • Menangani masalah ringan tanpa perlu teknisi lanjutan

Perbaikan Dasar ATM

  • Mengatasi masalah seperti:
    • ATM offline ringan
    • uang tidak keluar (cash jam)
    • kartu tertelan
    • printer struk macet

Pengecekan Rutin (Preventive Maintenance)

  • Membersihkan bagian mesin ATM
  • Mengecek kondisi hardware (card reader, dispenser, printer, dll)
  • Memastikan ATM siap digunakan

Koordinasi dengan Tim Monitoring

  • Menerima tiket gangguan dari tim monitoring/NOC
  • Memberikan update status perbaikan

Eskalasi ke Tim Lanjutan (SLM)

  • Jika masalah berat (hardware rusak parah / software error kompleks), diteruskan ke teknisi level 2

Pelaporan

  • Mengisi laporan pekerjaan (service report)
  • Dokumentasi aktivitas maintenance
