· Melakukan perawatan preventif dan korektif tingkat pertama pada mesin ATM (hardware & basic software).
· Menangani gangguan ringan seperti paper jam, card reader issue, receipt printer, cash dispenser error, dan reset sistem dasar.
· Melakukan troubleshooting awal terhadap permasalahan ATM dan melakukan eskalasi ke Second Level Maintenance (SLM) jika diperlukan.
· Melakukan penggantian spare part minor sesuai kewenangan dan SOP.
· Memastikan ATM kembali beroperasi normal sesuai target SLA.
· Melakukan testing fungsi ATM setelah perbaikan.
· Mengisi dan melaporkan hasil pekerjaan melalui sistem pelaporan atau log book.
· Menjaga keamanan ATM, data, dan area kerja selama proses maintenance.
· Berkoordinasi dengan tim ATM Monitoring, CIT, dan vendor terkait.
· Mematuhi seluruh prosedur K3, keamanan, dan regulasi yang berlaku.
