· Melakukan penanganan gangguan ringan pada ATM (paper jam, card jam, cash jam, reset, refill kertas).
· Melakukan visit rutin untuk memastikan ATM berfungsi normal sesuai SOP.
· Mengganti/menambah consumable (thermal paper, ribbon, cleaning, dsb.).
· Melakukan troubleshooting awal sebelum eskalasi ke Second Level Maintenance (SLM).
· Membuat laporan kunjungan, status mesin, dan kendala lapangan.
· Berkoordinasi dengan tim Monitoring, SLM, dan CIT untuk memastikan uptime ATM optimal.
· Menjaga keamanan area kerja saat melakukan layanan FLM.
