Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) – Ukrainian-speaking – 100% Home Office
We are now looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the Flixbus Inbound Project – one of the leading brands in European long-distance travel.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flixbus passengers, assisting them with friendliness, empathy, and professional solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Handling Flixbus customer inquiries via phone and email.
Responding to questions about bookings, schedules, baggage regulations, etc.
Resolving customer issues, complaints, or rebookings.
Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
Your Profile:
Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written).
Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) – required for training and system navigation.
Previous experience in customer service, especially in travel/tourism, is a plus.
Digital affinity and confident use of standard PC applications.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Strong customer focus, patience, and excellent communication skills.
