Purpose of Position

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire a Flight Technical Programs Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 7, 2027 and run through August 13, 2027. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer. 35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. A complete application and resume must be submitted to be considered. Preference will be given to local students in the Cincinnati area. This position was created for sophomore-senior status undergraduate students studying aviation.

EJM does not offer a relocation stipend for internship positions. Relocation for this internship would be the responsibility of the student.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology & tools.
• Data Collection for RNP-AR
• EFB Program Update for Apple iPads
• Auditing Flight Technical Programs versus the FAA Database
• Auditing Programs for Compliance Programs
• Convert MELs into ProAuthor, our web-based editor
• Auditing and organizing of Comply365

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, working towards a Bachelor's Degree.

• Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, Outlook and have experience with internet research. Must be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, tracking, and analysis.
