
Position: FLIGHT Site Manager
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
Start Date August 10, 2026
Pay $53,000-$65,000 DOQ

The Site Manager position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the FLIGHT program, an after-school program for middle school students, and for co-managing the EPIC Connection Summer program. The Site Manager plays a primary role in ensuring that all participants have a safe, supportive, and interactive environment, by building positive relationships with all students, supervising other FLIGHT staff, and creating a curriculum that is both engaging and enriching for students.
