As a Flight Prep Customer Service Agent for Pacific Aviation, you will support the supervisor by assisting with flight preparation, shift coordination, and operational readiness. This role is responsible for creating rosters and shift assignments, preparing detailed inbound and outbound flight breakdowns, coordinating special assistance passenger information, and helping ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Requirements

Schedule

• Must be available to work at least 2 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Shift may include evenings

What you will do:

• Support the supervisor by creating daily rosters and shift assignments
• Prepare detailed inbound and outbound flight breakdowns
• Coordinate and track special assistance passengers to support smooth and compliant operations
• Assist with setting up check-in counters prior to flight operations
• Support operational readiness to ensure efficient flight preparation and coordination
