As a Flight Ops Scheduler/Dispatcher, you will work with a dynamic range of people internal and external to Gulfstream. From our present and future aircraft customers, Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Service Center Operations, corporate offices, flight crews, experimental aircraft groups, maintenance teams.

Flight Operations Scheduler/Dispatcher is responsible for the following:

  • Serve as central point of contact for all domestic and international flight operations
  • Liaison with Sales team regarding customer requests for demonstration flight schedules
  • Mitigate all risks associated with our flights to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Safely coordinate with our customer base, the release, and dispatch of all flights
  • Act as liaison for supplemental charter procurement

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong flight scheduling background preferred but not required
  • FAA Licensed Dispatcher preferred but not required
  • Advanced experience with aircraft scheduling and flight planning software.
  • Business or Military aviation scheduling/dispatch background preferred
  • International and Charter trip management background preferred
  • FOS/Horizon Scheduling application background preferred but not required

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years experience with international air transportation operations. Position PurposeNote: This position description addresses two separate Flight Operations_Test Dispatcher II roles Demonstration or Test. Some duties, responsibilities and requirements are identical others are different. The differences are defined by using either the term Demonstration or Test for the affected duties, responsibilities or requirements. Demonstration: Under minimal supervision, dispatch and schedule corporate aircraft and flight crew to effectively meet company goals. Serve as the central point of contact for flight operations, coordinating communication between Sales and Marketing, service centers, corporate offices, customers, flight crew, accounting, and maintenance departments.Test: Under minimal supervision, dispatch and schedule flight test aircraft or flight operations experimental, initial phase, final phase and service center aircraft and flight crew to effectively meet company goals. Serve as the central point of contact for worldwide flight test operations, coordinating communication between, initial phase, final phase, service centers, corporate offices, sales, customers, flight crew, accounting, and maintenance departments.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Advanced experience with aircraft scheduling and flight planning software.
  2. Prior experience in a military or civilian flight operations.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
