  • Coordinate with the Travel Operations Cell regarding rotation changes, crew swaps, and schedule updates impacting travel arrangements.
  • Support scheduling adjustments during operational disruptions by identifying viable crew op-tions and implementing approved changes.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Crew Training to schedule required simulator training events, including initial and recurrent training requirements.
  • Maintain visibility of upcoming training, qualification, and currency events that may impact crew availability and program manning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and optimize scheduling processes within operational systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in personnel scheduling and schedule management, including maintaining accu-rate and detailed operational schedules.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating scheduling actions across operational teams.

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, operations management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
