Essential Responsibilities

• Bepartner of business Leader in the Flight Deck transformation journey

• Drive & foster a Continuous improvement culture, where the whole team owns transformation plan

• Lead complex & inter-functional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance

• Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices

• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functionalteamempowered to execute the Flight Deck strategy for process improvement

• Ability to document current and plan for future Value Stream Map, presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders

• Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations

• Facilitate, train, and coach other team members in the use of Flight Deck tools

• Will be GEAPS advocate in the Area assigned,in order todrive adoption & cultural evolution

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial)

• Previous experience in operational or technical roles in a complex manufacturing environment

• Understanding of manufacturing processes

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and use theProblem SolvingApproach

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong relationship & leadership skills: able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environment

• Fluency in Italian and English

• knowledge and application on Lean Manufacturing Methodology and tools

• Work Visa, in accordance with localregulation, is required

Desired characteristics

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

• Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing

• Green Belt Certification

Contract Level: CCNL metalmeccanico – B2

Salary range for this role: 42,225.00 - 56,300.00 EUR Annual ​ + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
