
Essential Responsibilities
Bepartner of business Leader in the Flight Deck transformation journey
Drive & foster a Continuous improvement culture, where the whole team owns transformation plan
Lead complex & inter-functional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance
Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functionalteamempowered to execute the Flight Deck strategy for process improvement
Ability to document current and plan for future Value Stream Map, presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders
Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
Facilitate, train, and coach other team members in the use of Flight Deck tools
Will be GEAPS advocate in the Area assigned,in order todrive adoption & cultural evolution
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial)
Previous experience in operational or technical roles in a complex manufacturing environment
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Demonstrated ability to analyze and use theProblem SolvingApproach
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship & leadership skills: able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environment
Fluency in Italian and English
knowledge and application on Lean Manufacturing Methodology and tools
Work Visa, in accordance with localregulation, is required
Desired characteristics
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing
Green Belt Certification

Salary range for this role: 42,225.00 - 56,300.00 EUR Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
