The Aerial Services Flight Coordinator is an integral part of the Aerial Services team thatserves as the primary point of contact with the C-suite to arrange and manage logistics in regard toflightrequests

·Hybrid Office Reporting at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, Georgia. Will be intheofficeaminimumof3daysperweek.
·Mustcurrentlyreside, orbeingwillingtorelocate,within60milesor90 minutes ofPDK

·Mustbeflexiblewithdynamicschedules,includingearlymornings,latenights,holidays,weekend andovernightsupport.
·Bewillingtoaccepttemporaryassignmentsatother companydomiciles,on occasion.
·CollegeBachelor’sDegree,orhigher,desiredwithAviationManagement,Finance,
Accounting,orotherappropriateexperiencewithinaviationoperations.(preferred)
·Holdsahighschooldiplomaorequivalent(required).
·LicensedFAADispatcherCertificate(HighlyDesired)
·NBAACertifiedAviationManager(CAM)Certificate(aplus)
·Atleast5yearsofexperienceinFARPart91,orsubpartK,aircraftschedulingexperience.
·Familiaritywithpart135is aplus

JobResponsibilities
·PerformDispatcher/OfficeManagerresponsibilitiesandduties,includingdispatchof aircraftas definedintheGeneralOperationsManual (GOM).
·Mustbeaself-starter,abletoworkwithminimalsupervision.
