THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Flight Attendant to assess and respond to abnormal, aircraft emergency, and medical emergency situations that could occur on an aircraft without warning during any and all phases of flight and provide top quality customer service. As a Flight Attendant, you will play an integral and vital part of the flight crew, sharing responsibility for safety and participating in decision making with the pilots as it impacts the entire flight. This position will be based out of our Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) Airport Hangar/Borgata Property.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Perform duties assigned by the Pilot in Command, Chief Flight Attendant, or Assistant Chief Flight Attendant
Maintain required periodic certification on emergency procedures and AED/CPR procedures
Assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft during normal and emergency situations, when necessary, maintain order and calm in the cabin at all times while the aircraft is under way
Provide emergency medical assistance for passengers when required
Conduct aircraft pre-flight procedures and ensure all the safety, galley and cabin equipment is ready for the flight
Provide superior customer experience for passengers
Ensure the catering order is complete and the needs of their particular flight is satisfied
Adhere to the flight procedures to include arriving one and a half hours before each flight to adequately prepare for flight as well as follow chain of command to resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations
Follow Company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a High school diploma or GED
At least two (2) years of prior relevant experience as a Corporate and/or Airline Flight Attendant

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$45.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
