A Jordan Flight Ambassador is an inherent visionary thinker who works in service of the consumer and the Brand to not only build and cultivate relationships in the community but can translate insight into breakthrough ideas and experiences. This Flight Ambassador role will be based in Atlanta.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Jordan Brand Flight Ambassador, you will be responsible for bringing Jordan Brand stories to life across the marketplace as Jordan Brand’s product and consumer authority. Using marketplace expertise to develop locally relevant seasonal plans aligned with city and geo marketing teams. You will demonstrate your passion and position to strategically authenticate Jordan Brand stories in the marketplace with a high emphasis on retail environments. Creating experiential training sessions that energize Retail Associates in your market with effective tools that drive reach and impact across multiple formats including video, virtual and immersive in-person sessions. Actively participate in creating and cultivating the Jordan Brand community. You will integrate and collaborate with the community in meaningful and impactful ways that reinforce Jordan Brand’s mission and beliefs. You will serve as Jordan Brand’s eyes and ears, crafting marketplace insights with observations of the consumer, product, competition, and trends.

• Focus on the Jordan Brand areas of focus: Sport, Streetwear, and Energy to ensure day-to-day consistency, cohesion, and impact of Jordan Brand by way of building relationships across the respective city communities, and delivering elevated education experiences in partnership with Nike-owned retail and key sporting goods partners
• This Flight Ambassador role will be based in Atlanta.
• A Jordan Flight Ambassador will be expected to actively participate with authenticity and credibility within influential sport and cultural communities across the city.
• You will integrate and collaborate with the community in meaningful and impactful ways that reinforce the Jordan Brand attitude, mission and beliefs.
• You will serve as the Jordan Brand eyes and ears, crafting marketplace insights with observations of the consumer, product, competition, trends and nuance and needs of the city.
• Using marketplace expertise and insights to develop locally relevant, distinct and innovative seasonal plans aligned with city and geo marketing teams.
• As the authority on Jordan Brand’s products, Flight Ambassadors use their voice both internally, and at times, externally to empower all athletes unlock their greatness.
• Bringing key Jordan Brand stories to life across the marketplace as Nike’s product authority.
• Demonstrating your passion and position to strategically authenticate Jordan Brand stories in the marketplace
• Creating experiential training sessions that energize Retail Associates in your market with effective tools that drive reach and impact across multiple formats including video, virtual and immersive in-person sessions

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will report into the Key City Jordan Brand Manager and will work closely with your City and Geography Marketing teams to prioritize seasonal opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Training & Delivery partners to optimize education touch points against the comprehensive vision of athlete education in your community and more broadly. You will work with Field Leadership teams, Store teams, and Retail Store Operations team as execution partners. Additionally, you will manage external vendor partners in the creation of training events.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in related field. or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• 2 years of retail, sales, customer service, mentoring, or instructing experience.
• Proven knowledge of the basketball, streetwear and cultural landscape as it relates to consumer trends, local market hot spots, and retail destinations.
• Strong connections to and knowledge of the teen competitive athlete community, as well as strong relationships with key and influential communities in the assigned territory highly preferred.
• A proven passion and ability to staying on the forefront of sport and streetwear culture.
• Proven ability to connect and encourage people, meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations.
• Ability to drive a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.
• Must have a deep passion for the Jordan Brand, sports and culture.
• Positive and active presence on social media and across the digital world with experience in content creation and online storytelling.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must lift heavy objects and sample bags that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with an event agency or large-scale special events preferred but not required.
