Ecolab is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. You’ll operate machinery and equipment, follow standard procedures, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, make a meaningful impact, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Perform makeready: verify job packets, mount plates, select/inspect anilox rolls, mix/viscosity control, set web path and registration, and confirm inline tooling.

  • Operate at target FPM (feet per minute) and OEE, adjusting tension, dryer settings, nip, impression, and ink balance to maintain spec.

  • Conduct in-process inspections (visual and with measurement tools/systems), correct defects promptly, and escalate when needed.

  • Execute basic preventive maintenance and 5S; identify recurring issues for continuous improvement.

  • Adhere to safety (LOTO, PPE, chemical handling) and GMP/food safety requirements as needed.

  • Complete accurate run records, job tickets, lot/ink traceability, inspection logs, waste tallies, and first-article approvals

  • On-time completion of scheduled jobs with first-pass yield targets met or exceeded.

  • Operate machinery, process and/or filling equipment to meet production goals

  • Operate equipment such as fillers, sleeve labelers, cappers, tape machines, bar coders, ink jet printers, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, and lid presses

  • Perform quality checks, including taking samples and monitoring fill weights

  • Document quality and productivity data accurately in paper or electronic systems

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Participate in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects to drive continuous improvement

  • Identify and help eliminate sources of waste in systems and processes
