What will this role achieve?
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as a Flexible Team Members. You’ll work in a fast paced factory making products for a leading UK brand.
What will be your key deliverables?
You will pack biscuits on a production line.
You will be working on different lines with the department.
Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching)
Conduct visual inspections to identify any foreign matters or potential hazards.
Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications
Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.
Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output.
Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.
Essential
Can work well with others and be open to learning and change
We’relooking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change.You’llget support to help you succeed.
Desirable
Experience working with food or machinery in a quality-focused factory is valuable, but not essential.
Understand zonal Key Performance Indicators (production targets, wastelevelsand line performance

What does the recruitment process consist of?
Assessments – Workplace English assessment. These should take around 20 minutes to complete.
Interview – 45 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience along with a site tour.
