We are seeking a dedicated Produktionsmitarbeiter (production operator) to work in a four-shift system, focusing on the production of standard colors. This role is essential in ensuring the consistent quality and supply of printing inks used in flexible packaging across various industries.

As a Produktionsmitarbeiter in the Mastergrind production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing and mixing of core ink colors (Stammfarben), working within a flexible four-shift schedule. Your role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production equipment and machinery involved in the preparation and grinding of standard ink colors for flexible packaging.
• Monitor production processes, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain consistent product quality.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document process data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment according to company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in production manufacturing, preferably in chemical processing or inks production, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic technical understanding of production machinery and processes.
• Ability to work in a shift system, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Good teamwork and communication skills within a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, procedures, and technologies.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in an industrial environment.
