Why This Role Matters
Flex account administration touches members where it counts — their money. This role manages the end-to-end operational cycle for FSA clients: processing claims and contributions, maintaining eligibility, generating billing reports, and closing out plans at year-end. Accuracy and responsiveness here directly affect client satisfaction and member trust.
What You'll Actually Do
Process claims and contributions: Review claims, process contributions, balance accounts, and generate checks with accuracy and within established timeframes.
Handle broker and agent commissions: Calculate and process broker and agent commission payments on schedule.
Generate billing and reporting: Produce and distribute monthly account billing, account analysis reports, and participant statements for assigned clients.
Maintain client eligibility files: Keep eligibility records current for assigned accounts, including processing enrollments and terminations as they occur.
Support client and member inquiries: Answer inbound customer service calls and resolve client and member questions, maintaining a strong working relationship between Personify Health and its clients.
Execute year-end plan closeouts: Perform year-end accounting for assigned plans, complete closeout procedures, and issue forfeiture checks to employers.
