Provides advanced project management, event planning, and program administration support for Lodging Product Services (LPS) with primary focus on Brand, Global Design and Operations initiatives. Supports the coordination and execution of large-scale meetings, conferences, leadership events, and strategic projects, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, communications, logistics, and project outcomes. Maintains project plans, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms to ensure events and initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Serves as a key liaison across teams, proactively identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and driving execution of multiple concurrent projects and events. Works with a high degree of independence to deliver seamless experiences and successful business outcomes that support organizational priorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience as a program specialist or related professional area.
OR
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience as a program specialist or related professional area.
