Senior Analyst, Digital
Marriott Digital Services (MDS) is a fast-paced and innovative team that provides individual hotels with digital activation services and digital web products. Our team creates annual digital marketing programs including SEO, Content, Merchandising, and Paid Media tactics. Additionally, we create property websites for hotel-specific needs (ex: restaurant sites and more). The Senior Analyst, Digital role is supporting tactic execution and managing cases for hotels enrolled in MDS (Marriott Digital Services) programs or products. An ideal candidate has prior experience executing digital marketing tactics for clients, and is familiar with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, content, paid media, and website creation and optimization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
•BS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
•1-2 years of relevant work experience (digital marketing, content management, SEO, agency account management, etc.)
•Agency internship or work experience preferred, tactical execution responsibilities a plus.
•Salesforce CMS knowledge preferred
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
•Manages execution of the Marriott Digital Services tactics that support the overarching team strategies and digital goals. Priorities on-time completion and high quality deliverables. Tactics may include communicating with our parents on the creation of new websites, content management on the websites or on third-party sites (ex: Google Business Profile), and SEO or content tactics.
•Utilizes Salesforce to turn projects into plans and schedules to successfully deliver program deliverables to clients.
•Ensures work is appropriately documented to ensure scale and consistency
Supporting Operations
•Works cross-functionally across MDS and enterprise
•Serves as a point of contact and escalation for MDS product or service concerns.
•Maintains a strong partnership with peers and partners teams. Manages special projects and pilot processes.
•Responds to inquiries through Salesforce cases, chatters, and slacks. Proactively acquires answers to questions, closes the loop on feedback, and addresses issues and escalations.
•Ensures invoices and billing are executed appropriately.
Tools and Vendors
•Works with and/or manages day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality of work and timeliness of deliverables.
•Assists in training on tactical processes and best practices with vendor partners.
•Manages the flow of questions and directs inquiries to the appropriate party – vendor, Client Success, etc.
