The role:

As a Flex Operator, you will help drive our goals by:

• Processing and fabricating precious metals to defined specifications using approved procedures

• Setting up and operating production equipment including wire rod mills, bullblocksand wire drawing machines

• Monitoring equipment performance, changing dies and adjusting processes tomaintainquality standards

• Inspecting products during production, correcting defects and escalating issues whenrequired

• Weighing,recordingandmaintainingaccuratematerial and batch records to ensure full traceability

• Maintaining a clean,safeand organized work area while managing waste and scrap materials

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety

• Comfort working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
