JOB SUMMARY

The FLEX Manager, Business Transformation Office (BTO) - Deployment supports enterprise transformation initiatives by translating strategy into execution and driving successful deployment outcomes. This role partners across technology, operations, and business teams to coordinate implementation activities, manage risks and dependencies, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure organizational readiness.

The position is responsible for developing execution plans, monitoring progress against milestones, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and communicating key updates to stakeholders and leadership. Success in this role requires strong project and program management capabilities, the ability to influence without direct authority, and experience supporting complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.

As a FLEX role within the Business Transformation Office, this position is focused on delivering defined deployment objectives over a fixed time horizon while supporting business adoption, operational readiness, and execution excellence.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in business transformation, deployment, implementation, project management, program management, change management, or related functions, demonstrating progressive career growth and a consistent record of strong performance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Project and program management capabilities with accountability for delivering business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build effective partnerships across stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive and leadership-level presentations, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving execution across multiple workstreams.

Preferred

  • Exposure to global or multi-region programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting business readiness, change management, training, or adoption efforts associated with large-scale initiatives.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Transformation & Deployment Leadership

  • Support assigned business transformation initiatives or deployment workstreams from planning through stabilization.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable execution plans, milestones, and success metrics with guidance from leadership.
  • Support alignment across technology, operations, and business teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
  • Communicate objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Planning, Governance & Execution Management

  • Develop and manage detailed execution plans, wave sequencing, and readiness criteria.
  • Operate within established governance frameworks, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
  • Prepare executive ready‑ materials, decision documents, and concise status communications for leadership forums.
  • Escalate issues with clear recommendations and options, consistent with Manager decision authority.

Readiness, Enablement & Change Support

  • Support readiness and onboarding efforts for impacted teams and operating units.
  • Partner with change, learning, and functional teams to support adoption and sustained performance.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, deployment guidance, and communications to support understanding and execution.
  • Reinforce standard processes and expectations across regions and stakeholder groups.

Activation, Stabilization & Reporting

  • Support go live and activation activities, ensuring readiness and execution discipline.
  • Monitor early performance and stabilization indicators, driving issue resolution and transition to steady‑state support.
  • Track progress against milestones and KPIs; synthesize data into clear insights and narrative reporting.
  • Deliver consistent, accurate updates through established communications channels.
