YOUR ROLE
Do you know how to roll out the red carpet for new colleagues and give them a warm welcome from the very first moment? Then you are the one we are looking for! As a Flex Coach you are the first contact person for our (new) flex workers within our organization. As a Flex Coach, you and your team ensure a warm welcome, guide the flex workers within the organization and help them on their way in their work. With trainings and presentations, you provide them with strong knowledge about our company norms, values, safety and security protocols. Our flex workers will have a nice onboarding and a smooth start, thanks to you.
The number of temps varies during peak periods, think of sales periods like Back Friday and the arrival of the new collection each season. This group of temps is a big part of our strength and therefore a big responsibility for you and your team. Together, you also ensure that these temps are trained for multiple processes where necessary.
After the first period, you maintain close contact with the flex workers. You are the go-to person for a broad variety of questions. For example, explanation about working shifts, trust issues or holidays requests. In this position you have a lot of freedom for your own input. The best thing of this role is that you can make a difference, you are always giving the best values to improve the working atmosphere which directly improves the quality of the work for everyone in our company.
You will be responsible for flex employees working at Nieuwegein 1+2 and the bol. facility in Nijmegen. Therefore you are able to travel to our locations with your own car.
