Wat ga je doen?
Als Flex Co-worker bij IKEA ben jij dé collega die zorgt voor flexibiliteit en continuïteit in onze winkel. Je maakt deel uit van onze flexpool en wordt ingezet op verschillende afdelingen, zoals Customer Relations, In-store Logistics, IKEA Food & Beverages en Sales. Hierdoor draag je direct bij aan een optimale klantbeleving en een efficiënte dagelijkse bezetting.
Je werkt afwisselend op verschillende afdelingen en ondersteunt daar de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Denk aan het helpen van klanten tijdens hun volledige shopping journey, het zorgen voor een hoge goederenbeschikbaarheid, het correct uitvoeren van logistieke en fulfillmenttaken en je werkt volgens de IKEA-verkoop- en winkelprocessen. Je leert onze producten, services en werkprocessen goed kennen en deelt deze kennis actief met klanten en collega’s.
Je ontvangt je rooster conform de CAO vier weken van tevoren. Op de dag zelf hoor je op welke afdeling(en) je die dag wordt ingezet. Dit vraagt om flexibiliteit, maar biedt ook veel afwisseling en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
Je start met een uitgebreid onboarding- en opleidingsprogramma, waarin je wordt meegenomen in de basiswerkzaamheden van de verschillende afdelingen. Dit programma bevat in ieder geval alle verplichte veiligheidstrainingen, zodat je veilig en met vertrouwen aan de slag kunt.

Praktisch
De Flex Co-worker wordt conform de CAO gepland van maandag t/m zaterdag tussen 06.00 en 22.00 uur en op zondagen en feestdagen tussen 08.00 en 19.00 uur, met name in de avond en het weekend. Je werkt in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan tevreden klanten en het succes van IKEA als omnichannel retailer.
De functie valt onder IPE 45 en het uurloon bedraagt minimaal €15,68 bruto per uur (tussen 05:00-07:00 en 21:00-00:00 uur is er een toeslag van toepassing).
