Die Rolle - deine Leidenschaft
Du bist für die Koordination sämtlicher Prozesse in Bezug auf unsere Camper-Vans verantwortlich
Du bist mit an Bord wenn es um die Aufbereitung der Fahrzeuge geht
Weiterhin übernimmst Du die fachliche Führung und Anleitung der Agents, die für die Aufbereitung der Fahrzeuge eingeteilt sind
Ggf. bist Du auch an der Schulung bzw. dem Agententraining beteiligt und bringst Dich proaktiv mit ein
Du hast ein Auge auf unsere Camper-Vans bei Rückgabe nach dem Urlaub und prüfst entstandene Schäden, reportest diese in unser HQ München und leitest entsprechende Reparaturen in die Wege
Zu guter Letzt sorgst Du für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards vor allem in Bezug auf die Aufbereitung unserer Camper-Vans
Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Autovermietung, Tourismus o.ä.
Eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung und ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bist absolut Hands-On (hast also kein Problem damit dir die Hände schmutzig zu machen) und kommunikationsstark
Du bist ein belastbarer Problemlöser und Organisationstalent
Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und solides Englisch
Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
