We are seeking dynamic individuals fluent in Flemish who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our Flemish-speaking clients. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them navigate our various tourism services, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience while visiting Greece.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish regarding tourism services, bookings, and travel-related queries
- Assist clients throughout the booking process and provide detailed information on available options
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve client experiences
- Stay informed about tourism offerings and trends in Greece
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
- Prior experience in customer service or tourism is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn about the tourism market and popular destinations in Greece
