CHS has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Business Operations Experienced within our Fleet Services team. This role supports centralized fleet enablement activities across DOT-regulated assets and will help ensure accurate financial processing, consistent telematics system configuration, reliable reporting, and effective vendor and program administration. The position is designed to reduce operational burden on field teams, improve data integrity and cost controls, and support compliance and governance objectives through standardized, repeatable execution.
Execute telematics configuration changes, including vehicle settings, reporting groups, thresholds, and data mappings
Run, validate, and distribute recurring telematics reports related to utilization, fuel exceptions, device status, and driver compliance support
Create, update, and deactivate drivers, vehicles, and users within telematics systems while maintaining accurate permissions, role assignments, and organizational structures
Ensure accurate alignment between VINs, devices, units, and drivers
Coordinate telematics hardware warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and installations for new or replacement assets
Administer telematics vendor activities, including billing review, access requests, service issues, invoice validation, hardware inventory tracking, and operational issue logs
Support billing accuracy for telematics and fleet enablement programs, including documentation for journaling, SAP postings, accruals, and month-end close activities
Support fuel card administration tied to telematics-driven exceptions, fuel audit follow-ups, and resolution of potential fuel misuse alerts
Troubleshoot data anomalies and coordinate corrections with vendors and internal partners
Provide responsive first-line support for operational system requests and recurring fleet enablement activities
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
Demonstrated experience supporting operational processes, vendor coordination, or system‑ based workflows in a multi‑ site or fast‑ paced environment.
Knowledge of DOT compliance, registrations, permitting, and multi‑ state regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze fleet data, manage lifecycle processes, and coordinate with vendors and cross‑ functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Skilled in process standardization, vendor coordination, and implementing systems or technology.
Effective communicator and change leader with the ability to influence cross‑ functional and field teams
Fleet, fuel, telematics, ERP (SAP), or DOT compliance training preferred
Professional credentials such as NAFA CAFS/CAFM, fuel card, telematics, or DOT compliance certifications considered a plus.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
