We are looking for a Fleet Transition Engineering Manager who is used to interacting with different cultural environments, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

Be responsible for the fleet transition projects for VOLOTEA airlines.
Support in preparations for the end of lease phase-out and aircraft phase-in.
Defining all necessary modifications and maintenance to be done during aircraft transition maintenance inputs.
Plan and manage all aspects of the process including: o Technical Records Review, Transition maintenance requirements, Transition Costs, Liaising with internal Departments (Engineering/Planning/Logistic/ā¦) and Planning.
Participate in on-site activities during aircraft transitions when required.
Ensure promptly that delivery/re-delivery conditions will be met.
Assist with aircraft induction into company systems when required.
Prepare necessary reports, checklists, and statuses.
Manage and Control subcontracted activities (Document auditors, REP On-site, etc,ā¦).

What will make you succeed in this position:
⢠Masterās degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years experience working in an air carrier or commercial operator.
Experienced in aircraft transition processes.
Experience in dealing with AESA and EASA on airworthiness matters.
Methodical, analytical-minded, and service-oriented.
Fluent in Spanish and English is essential.
Proficient with MS Office programs.
Ideally AMOS knowledge.
