
▪ Achieve growth and hit sales targets defined by upper management.
▪ Interact with peers and other company’s areas, from a local and global standpoint, to ensure company’s best practices related to ethics and compliance, revenue and profitability growth strategies, execution.
▪ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the region.
▪ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
▪ Present sales, revenue, expenses and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
▪ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
▪ Represent the company among regional industry associations and other stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
▪ Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the commercial transportation industry.
▪ Proven experience in dealing with commercial transportation companies (fleets), distributors, re-sellers and other intermediaries.
▪ Experience in dealing with trailer and truck OEMs is a differential.
▪ Frequent travel (~70% field work), national and international
▪ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizations.
▪ Strong business sense and industry expertise
▪ Strong negotiation and relationship building skills besides high level of resiliency.
▪ Attention to details and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
▪ Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
▪ English language as a second language
